Baking amateur whom has decided to go it alone.

This all started when a restaurant I was part-time waitress-ing at asked me to step in for the pastry chef a keen home baker I took quickly to mixing up batches of pear and apple cinnamon scones, cookies and clafoutis.

I furthered my experience with a year spent working as a cake designer and running the office at an established bakery with 2 very talented chefs; a combined experience of 35 years I gained a lot of knowledge. But the increasing success of the business has left me little time for kitchen work and I have decided to hand over my role to another lucky person and get on with the pursuit of decoration and cake excellence on my own.
